About the Role:

As a Shift Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dining room during your assigned shifts. You will lead and motivate a team of servers, bussers, and support staff to deliver outstanding service and create memorable dining experiences for our members and guests.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily dining room operations during assigned shifts.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of servers and support staff.
• Ensure exceptional service standards are consistently met.
• Handle member inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
• Manage reservations and table assignments.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining room environment.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a high-volume dining environment (preferably in a country club or fine dining setting).
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.   
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
