I really like the team I am working with. I can turn to them for help and clarification on a something I don't understand. I also like that my supervisor is approachable and always encourages to ask questions. I also like that the work doesn't have peaks and valleys in workload and remains consistent. I'm always learning something new.
What I wish was different
I wish I had started the internship when I was closer to my graduation/ completion date.
Advice
There are three separate training classes any new hire has to undergo. Each course is 2-weeks and requires travel. The first course is offered only in Atlanta, Georgia and are a full 8-hour days. If you are doing a full-time student schedule, I STRONGLY recommend to either wait until you're closer to your graduation date, or take a lighter load of course work, if a full-time student. Living on the west coast traveling to the east coast for job training and having no time to adjust to time-zone difference, while trying to study and do class assignments can be mentally draining, especially after putting a full day of information overload.

It was a really good time, don't be afraid to ask someone other than your supervisor for help because everyone is willing and sometimes they have different ways of solving the problem.
